Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand performance metrics, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Generate actionable insights to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue generation.
- Sales Process Analysis:
- Evaluate existing sales processes, workflows, and pipelines.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Propose process enhancements to streamline sales operations.
- Market Data Analysis:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and assess their impact on our business.
- Pricing Analysis:
- Analyze pricing structures, discount strategies, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with product managers and finance teams to optimize pricing.
- Ensure pricing aligns with market demand and profitability goals.
- Data Mining:
- Extract relevant information from large datasets using SQL, Excel, or other tools.
- Identify correlations, outliers, and hidden patterns.
- Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, Management, Management Information Systems, Statistics or Finance
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Business/Application System Analyst
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data filtering, analysis and presentation
- Preferred: Salesforce, PowerBI or Tableau, Oracle, Python, Javascript, SQL queries
Pay Range:
$61,213 - $107,122 Annually
