RoleThe Financial Analyst III will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, analyzing results, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities and being able to communicate in a clear, concise manner. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, analytical in approach, have a demonstrated ability working with stakeholders to provide timely analysis and insights into business performance and partner and guide business teams to address reporting needs. This role requires a self-starter with superb business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. The candidate must have the aptitude to incorporate new approaches and methodologies, while dealing with big data.
Responsibilities- Deliver analysis-based insights to senior management to guide business decisions regarding proposed projects.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret complex financial and non-financial information and recommend actions to middle and senior management.
- Support strategic financial decisions by guiding key service groups.
- Develop Power BI Dashboards for different business partners.
- Track issues to resolution within the department and in partnership with other groups, offering recommendations on viable resolutions.
- Recommend changes, updates, and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
- Manage and conduct special and ad hoc analysis.
- Support the team as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of expertise.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between key service groups.
- As requested, lead a variety of financial, operational, and strategic evaluations as they relate to proposed initiatives.

Education/Certifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- MBA preferred in finance or related field of equivalent experience.
Experience/Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, developing, and working with financial models.
- Experience with major ERP accounting systems.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation Information: For New York, Colorado, California, and Washington residents the hiring range offered for this position is $64,384- $120,720 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for a sales commission plan. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
