Job Details:
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilizes multiple internal systems to provide detailed analysis for identifying key trends or exceptions for peer review and resolution development.
- Manages and designs reporting scorecards that detail operational improvement metrics to monitor the health of front-end POS systems and internal application utilization/adoption for leadership review.
- Performs specific process and application audits and develops measurement tools to review, analyze, and recommend potential changes and/or new solutions for existing processes and test-and-learn initiatives.
- Actively pursues process improvement opportunities with the goal of eliminating waste and identifying areas for process automation and refinement.
- Project Management:
- Creates and manages project plans to track status updates on key projects and test-and-learn initiatives with third party SaaS providers.
- Captures request details and formalizes the requirements gathering process on all potential enhancement recommendations for tool and process development and/or optimization.
- Conducts observations of field operations to collect insights and solicit feedback for process mapping and determining pre-vs-post process change impacts.
- Communication:
- Develops presentations, communications, and training content for use in conducting training sessions, presenting status updates to leadership, communicating product enhancements, and/or leading cross-functional teams.
- Supports field operators through troubleshooting diagnostics on software applications and maintains the user access management provisioning process on internal tools.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a knowledge of retail operations and front-end POS processes with a background in continuous improvement.
- Skilled at data mining and database management tools like PowerPivot, Power Query, Alteryx, and/or 1010data to identify opportunities through root cause analysis, develop actionable solutions and reports, and execute required plans.
- Highly proficient at MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Familiar with reading, writing, and editing programming languages such as SQL, XML, and Visual Basic.
- Effective communicator both in-person and through documentation to facilitate cross-functional meetings for change management with stakeholders and conduct training sessions across operations.
- Team player committed to developing and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with all levels within the organization and with external partners.
- Exhibits excellent time management through challenging work, multi-project/task schedules to ensure key milestones and deliverables are completed on-time.
- Demonstrates skills of product ownership to provide governance and ambassadorship for internal tools/applications and processes.
