Overview:
The Range Control Officer and Project Manager will serve as the POC for the Falcon Range Bombing Range. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the single point of contact at Falcon Bombing Range for assigned tasks and shall be responsible for the management of work, approved plans, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Maintains close communication and coordination with the Range Operations Officer / Range Control Officer for the duration of the contract, to include attending meetings, and providing requirements monthly progress, budget expenditures, and other reports as required.
- Established on-site staff schedules, and work task priorities to achieve performance of contract Performance Work Statement requirements.
- Performs Range Control Officer duties, including tower control.
- Prepares/submits “Other Direct Costs” expenditures log and expense reports.
- Reviews on-site staff timesheets for accuracy.
- Coordinates staff training requirements.
- Coordinates satisfaction of Cayuse administrative requirements for on-site staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
- Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance, and favorable NAIC and FBI fingerprint checks.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ten (10) years U.S. Military experience.
- Working knowledge of DoD, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance applicable to Falcon Bombing Range operations.
- Experience and/or working knowledge of United States Air Force (USAF), United States Navy (USN) or Marine Corps (USMC) air-to-surface bombing range operations.
- At least one of the following:
- Aircrew experience in a modern-day fighter aircraft (A-10, AT-38, AV-8, F-15E, F-16, FA-18 or similar) or bomber aircraft (B-1, B-2, B-52).
- Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), Air Liaison Officer (ALO), Enlisted Terminal Attack Controller (ETAC), Combat Control Team (CCT) or rated aircrew experience (not to include airlift).
- Air traffic controller experience.
- Qualified to perform Range Control Officer duties including control tower operation.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Two years practical experience with USAF, USN or USMC air-to-surface bombing range operations.
- Aircrew experience in a modern-day fighter aircraft (A-10, AT-38, AV-8, F-15E, F-16, FA-18 or similar) or bomber aircraft (B-1, B-2, B-52) is preferred.
- Pilot experience is preferred over navigator or weapons system operator experience.
- JTAC, ETAC, CCT or rated aircrew experience (not to include airlift) is preferred.

Pay Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
