Primary Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable
- Budget Tracking/Analysis
- Managerial Accounting Analysis
- Prepare Monthly Financial Statements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Experience in the financial statement audit process is preferred
- Excellent analytical, research, and managerial accounting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience within the real-estate industry is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
