Description
SAIC is seeking a senior analyst to support the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) Program with the Joint Staff, J-7, based in Suffolk, VA. The candidate will work in close coordination with the government program manager and SAIC teammates to manage, plan, and execute UJTL program tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and sustain on-site Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) project management support for organizational processes, the UJTL development process, and government program manager requirements.
- Maintain the UJTL database through analysis, staff actions, and capturing universal joint task updates provided by combatant commands, Services, National Guard Bureau, combat support agencies, Joint Staff, and/or through doctrine revision by Joint Staff J-7.
- Incorporate proposed UJTL changes and publish the UJTL to dependent systems and processes.
- Provide daily Program Management assistance to include UJTL Development Community (UDC) and stakeholder support and responses to requests for information.
- Provide input into related policies, directives, and other taskers received requiring response and when required, drafts official response.
- Prepare slides, point papers, and other materials, as required, to include conference and working group support.
- Review, update, coordinate, and maintain both the UJTL CJCSM and CJCSI policy directives under government direction.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and six years of experience; or a master’s degree and four years of experience.
- Familiarity or experience with joint or Service military staff operations and crisis response.
- Familiarity or experience with military operational planning, readiness, or training.
- Familiarity with any of the following: Universal Joint Task List, military Service task lists, mission-essential task lists, or training objectives.
Required Clearance:
- An Active Secret Clearance.
