Senior Program Finance Analyst - MMSC (Full Remote)

THE WORK
The selected candidate will perform financial analysis, establish performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans for Sustainment Efforts on our Multi Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) contract. The candidate will integrate information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.
In this role, the candidate will provide timely and accurately consolidation of financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. They will develop and utilize forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. They will develop and provide subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. Finally, the selected candidate will also support Outlook, CSR and balance sheet reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Program Finance Experience
• COBRA / EVM Experience
• Efficient in excel
• Demonstrated experience/proficiency financial systems such as SAP and Hyperion
Desired Skills:
• Earned Value Management Knowledge (EVMS), including IPMR submittals.
• FP&A (CSR, LRP and Monthly Outlook) experience.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Ability to build relationships with PM and Functions
• Ability to drive Financial decision to closure
• Efficient in excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $81,600 - $153,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
