Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Management/Discharge Planning
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p (8×5) 40 hours per week, M-F
Length: 17 weeks
Holiday Requirements: Rotated as needed.
Requirements:
- MS license
- Must be confident RN Case manager with 5 years Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital or Level 1 trauma. Some experience must be recent
- Strong case management skills and are willing to learn the nuances of MS
- BLS
- Prefer RN, BSN. Would consider ADN with extensive Case Management experience
- CCM preferred but not required
Others:
- EMR Epic
- Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience: No, but need to have general understanding of discharge readiness
- Discharge planning with no UR piece to the role
- Will cover all Inpatient units throughout the hospital
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color scrubs or business professional attire
- 50 mile radius rule
- Will accept local candidates
