Financial Analyst, CDI Commercial
All about the role:
As Commercial Financial Analyst you will drive profitable growth of National accounts, Key accounts, Parts Distributors as well as Dealer and Contract sales channels by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Finance Manager and Sales leadership team to drive Aftermarket key strategies and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Act as true business partner to Consumer Direct Interactions organization with participation in total finance function from daily analysis and setting short-term goals to building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business in the C&A channel.
- Support improvement of the financial outcomes by building analyzing results, monthly variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
- Partner with internal team supporting, improving and leveraging the existing information on the channels and supporting areas like GFSS.
- Be open and trusted resource and develop up to complex models for projects as part of a cross-functional team to support strategic initiatives.
- Drive enhancements to reporting and planning capabilities, participating in cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve and automate commercial financials and controls.
- Perform regular general ledger and period end closing support in reporting and visibility as it relates to revenue.
- Support Forecast process.
- Ability to effectively interface with various commercial teams as well as various stakeholders across the organization.
- Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned.

- Experience in services industry preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, MS SQL preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or product line finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience.
