What you'll do...
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics and data visualization tools and techniques; existing and upcoming digital applications and systems; technology innovation trends and industry benchmarks; and data governance. Responsibilities include identifying problems, leveraging data to determine root causes, and applying information to find solutions. Participates in the feedback loop between data intake and insights and works to improve the data-collection process. Articulates the levers that influence data. Ensures data quality and organizes processes information for analysis. Leverages visualization techniques and tools to create dashboards for stakeholders and leadership. Identifies and proposes ways to automate/improve existing processes with the help of technology. Documents business requirements for new technology solutions. Develops, tests, and integrates prototypes to support the creation of technology-enabled solutions. Develops and implements technology changes across multiple processes within assigned area of work.
Business Acumen: Possesses knowledge of business case development; problem-solving techniques, workflows, and processes of the assigned business area. Responsibilities include providing recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues, developing business cases for projects with projected returns on investment or cost savings, demonstrating deep functional knowledge of assigned business unit, translating business requirements into projects and aligning to overall business strategy, and recommending new processes and ways of working.
Environmental Protection: Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and procedures; applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations involving the environment; macro-level trends on the assigned facility's environmental impacts and assessments. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory visits, preparing audit reports, integrating environmental considerations into process design, interpreting compliance status reports, and developing company policies related to environmental risks.
Operational Excellence: Possesses knowledge of organizational processes; root cause analysis techniques; department workflows; Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Best Way (OBW) processes. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions and key roles, clarifying departmental relevance to enterprise strategy, and identifying primary operational functions of the organization.
Asset Protection & Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies; environmental, health, and safety laws. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, recognizing security breaches, assisting in access control procedures, conducting security audits, and maintaining asset prevention records.
Partnership & Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification and engagement techniques. Responsibilities include engaging with team members, analyzing stakeholder needs, and responding effectively to requests.
Influential Communication: Possesses knowledge of verbal/nonverbal behaviors and communication styles. Responsibilities include organizing thoughts, presenting complex information clearly, and influencing team members to take action based on sound recommendations.
Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines and emergency evacuation plans. Responsibilities include coordinating with emergency responders, evaluating facility environments against OSHA guidelines, and educating employees on potential health and safety hazards.
Process Improvement: Possesses knowledge of workflow mapping processes and continuous improvement principles. Responsibilities include defining critical workflows, identifying process problems, and implementing methods for improvement.
Asset Protection Training Delivery: Possesses knowledge of training methodologies. Responsibilities include participating in delivering training content, creating learning objectives, and educating contractors on relevant laws and company policies.
Risk Management: Possesses knowledge of risk management processes. Responsibilities include producing and interpreting risk assessment reports, evaluating risk assessment models, and conducting risk assessments.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00, with additional compensation including performance bonuses and stock.
Minimum Qualifications...
2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 year experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety.
Preferred Qualifications...
1 or more certifications such as Loss Prevention Certification (LPC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Associate Safety Professional; or related certifications; Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
