GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for developing long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization via identifies, analyzes, and monitors projects that affect profitability, growth, and productivity. Further, responsible for recommending financial and non-financial strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Support management in strategic projects through data analysis, planning new products and following up on project advancements.
- Provides data-driven guidance to direct project implementation, monitor progress, and alert a team regarding potential missed targets.
- Develops and implements projects and process automation, analyzing and issuing recommendations according to business needs, to implement timely solutions
- Create and manage project documentation process and reports and provide management with timely status update on project milestones.
- Responsible for the project development life cycle via identifying project goal, requirements, methodology, resources planning, etc. for each project.
- Ensure the integrity of the project data and information, track project metrics and time, forecast project projections and report project progress and challenges.
- Further, work with leadership to define solutions on project challenges.
- Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) via staying current industry changes and/or applicable legislative changes that can impact the organization.
- Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches and maintain the project time limits, objectives, and communication plan.

Required Experience
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION:Bachelor's - Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
