Ignite Digital has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Project Analyst in our Charleston, SC office supporting an IPT (Integrated Project Team) Lead in the Shore C2ISR division. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Project Analyst will provide project/financial management and risk management support for a federal government client.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and compose Weekly Activity Report (WAR)
- Lead risk meetings and manage and maintain risk tracking via Risk Exchange platform.
- Maintain financial task book
- Organize, track, and manage CONUS/OCONUS travel
- Manage acquisitions via Purchase Request (PR) entry in Navy-ERP system, paperwork preparation, regular tracker updates, and facilitation of meetings with government contracts office
- Facilitate IPT division meetings
- Capture meeting minutes; assign and track action items, and distribute to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Demonstrated strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis to support programmatic decision-making
- A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
Salary: $60k+ to align with education and experience
Travel: potential domestic travel (every other month)
