Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be the key support for program managers to ensure that programs receive, analyze, and integrate performance data insights to maximize the effectiveness of a program.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations.
- Validating work order documentation for accuracy.
- Monitoring shared inboxes, respond or forward emails to the appropriate SME.
- Performing PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors.
- Assisting with document management.
- Responsible for developing strategies that support business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.
- Identifying requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks, and options to address business need.
- Leading implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.
- Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation, and training.
- Able to prioritize initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options.
- Collaborating with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
- Possesses 5 or more years of project support or data analytics experience.
- Typing 45 WPM.
- Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills.
- Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint.
- Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions.
Desired Skills/Attributes:
- Industry experience: Utility/Energy, Computer Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, Quality.
- Ability to navigate SAP.
- Power Bi and Power Apps experience.
- Ability to create visual representations of data in Power BI.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $58,900.00 - $73,600.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
