Our Lancaster-based manufacturing client is urgently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team! Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Specialist will primarily focus on accounts payable and payroll duties, while also handling various other responsibilities in a dynamic office environment. Position Requirements:
- Preferred: One year of related experience
- Degree in accounting is a plus
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred

- Manage all aspects of the accounts payable process
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently
- Assist in general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Handle various administrative tasks such as answering phones and ordering office supplies
- Act as a backup for other office positions including accounts receivable and costing
