Qualifications
Accounting degree required:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience processing A/R, performing GL analysis, posting JVs, preparing reconciliations, completing project work, and performing data analysis.
- Familiarity with rental and lease contracts is a plus.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Intermediate-level MS Access and Word skills required.
- Ability to complete a thorough review of rental/lease contracts.
- Input the contract data into a new auto-billing invoicing system.
