Job Description
The Total Rewards Analyst Senior is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of Company compensation programs. The job is an intermediate-level contributor position in the Total Rewards department requiring a minimum of five year’s direct experience in compensation or equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility. The Total Rewards Analyst Senior will play a pivotal role in working with the Global Total Rewards programs.
Essential Functions:
- Provide strategic human resources counsel to HR business partners in the areas of market-based pay and compensation trends, job design and analysis, rewards, and recognition (including incentives), and pay practices.
- Consult internal customer base on salary decisions, incentive plan development and other compensation related issues.
- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of compensation programs and rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Responsible for conducting comprehensive compensation analyses, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices, supporting the development of global compensation strategies, and managing the compliance of compensation programs with international regulations.
- Assist with global compensation programs, including merit, bonus, equity, offers, and compensation adjustments.
- Develop compensation proposal guidelines for employment offers and consulting with HR Business Partners.
- Evaluate, level, and determine appropriate market value for new and existing jobs as needed.
- Collaborates with managers and HR business partners on relocation needs, cost projections, and relocation processes.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to support the development and maintenance of global compensation strategies and frameworks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Mobility Practice.
- Perform stock administration and ensure accuracy of related transactions.
- Perform routine to intermediate statistical analysis of data related to compensation as directed.
- Develop job descriptions and administer Company HRIS jobs database for accuracy.
- Abide by Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

- CCP or CMS certification preferred.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in compensation or related field.
- Working knowledge of FLSA, EEO, and IRS regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work with little supervision while maintaining goals/tasks.
- Excellent PC skills to include all MS Office products with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills and the ability to follow directions.
