Title: Business Analyst
Location: Wayne, PA (Remote)
Duration: 5-6 months + with potential temp to perm
Description: The main function of a Business Analyst is to understand pharmaceutical customer data within the MDM Reltio platform, write SQL queries, with the ability to analyze data, derive trends and report metrics.
Other responsibilities may include writing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Knowledge Documents (KDs).
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Business Rule comparison and documentation.
- Aid in training and onboarding based on Reltio expertise.
- Support data investigations both UI and backend in collaboration with IT/Tech.
- Act as a backup for a Data Analyst for daily operational tasks.
- Create and modify queries for data steward metrics reporting.
- Data Quality analysis for data health checks.
- Define new DQ queues based on data observations and priorities for remediation.
Skills: - Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Suite, Reltio/Informatica, Databricks a plus.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, economics, or relevant field required.
