We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing.
- Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
- Our Retail or convenience store part of Delek runs over 250 stores in Texas and New Mexico. We also have company-branded New-to-Industry DK stores in the southern part of the US!

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s financial statements. The candidate should be a high performer with significant accounting and financial statement analysis experience while also highly capable with ERP systems.
This role will report directly to the Director of Corporate Accounting and will be responsible for compliance with SEC regulations, manage the corporate accounting close processes, and provide leadership to the corporate accounting team.
Education And Experience
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Four (4) or more years’ Experience in a related field (Required)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, Excel, and other applicable reporting tools (Required)
- Experience with Accounting Software (SAP, Preferred)
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Preferred)

- Responsible for the oversight of corporate accounting, ensuring transactions and balances are recorded in the general ledger system accurate and timely, and adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Perform analysis of actuals to comparative periods and budget to ensure integrity of financial results.
- Ensure compliance of internal controls and business processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training.
- Collaborate cross functionally to meet organizational goals of implementing best in class process.
- Process improvement aimed at optimizing automation and efficiency.
