The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting operations across multiple regions. This involves developing and delivering timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as well as supporting and managing audits, both financial and international/statutory. They ensure accurate bookkeeping encompassing various financial aspects such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, depreciation, profit and loss, billing, cost accounting, payrolls, general expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash flows. Additionally, they are tasked with creating consolidated financial reports and operational performance reporting. Other duties include maintaining monthly closing schedules, handling employee expense reports, managing intercompany transactions, and fulfilling any other accounting responsibilities as directed by leadership. Furthermore, they collaborate with the CFO to establish global accounting and finance standards.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks & GAAP knowledge
Preferred:
- IFRS experience
- Leadership or management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Compensation:$85,000 - $95,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
