Position Program Overview
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.
Our 2025 Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for consideration students must be undergraduates currently in their junior year and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.
POSITION
Rockefeller Capital Management’s Charlotte Office within the Rockefeller Global Family Office is looking for a Summer Analyst to support the team. The Summer Analyst will support the Divisional Director for this location and their team in serving as points of contact for Financial Advisor teams joining the Rockefeller Capital Management platform. This individual will liaise with various departments, including Compliance, Operations, Technology, Products and Marketing. The ideal candidate is one that is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.
Responsibilities - Assist the Divisional Director in projects and initiatives they are involved in within the business and across the organization
- Assist the team in the day-to-day as it relates to the on-boarding and continued support of Financial Advisors and their client accounts
- Assist with ad-hoc projects relating to transition of Advisor’s book, client engagement and marketing
- Support the Divisional Director and the team on various Financial Advisor recruiting efforts
- Develop and contribute to best practices for the Business
Qualifications- High school degree required.
- Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Finance, Operations, Economics, or Business is desirable.
- Prior internship experience in wealth management experience a plus.
Skills - Basic understanding of investments and/or portfolio reporting and related terminology
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel; ability to use Excel to organize, analyze, present and report on client information; Word, Access and PowerPoint a plus
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and be able to reassess priorities as situations arise
- Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
Compensation Range The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $32/hour. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of this rate.
