CyberCore is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth pricing and financial analyses while supporting the preparation of proposals, development of cost volumes, cost estimation, and other departmental functions.
Responsibilities:
- Determines material, labor and/or overhead costs relating to contractual efforts. Estimates labor and material costs based on request for proposal (RFP) data submitted by prospective customers.
- Supports proposal preparation, proposal cost volume development, cost estimation, and departmental operations duties.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and various contract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ, and Time & Materials (T&M). Familiarity with working with federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers is essential.
- Develops pricing strategies and performs risk and cash flow analyses.
- Prepares price assumptions, financial summaries, and risk assessment for leadership review prior to proposal submission.
- Create comprehensive cost models to estimate and analyze key cost elements.
- Analyze cost trends in order to correct errors and provide forward guidance to maximize revenue and profit and minimize cost variances.
- Analyze contract funding requirements and track contract costs & fee. Review contract funding modifications for accuracy and enter modifications into accounting system.
- Perform complex accounting and analytical tasks, including transaction processing, account reconciliation and analysis.
- Maintain and control charge numbers and perform ad-hoc cost and performance analyses as needed.
- Participate in special projects and other financial tasks as assigned.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to make sound management decisions/recommendations.
- Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of direct government pricing practices, regulations and procedures.
- Ability to quickly comprehend processes and learn systems/tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience with pricing, accounting, finance, estimating or proposals.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with direct Government pricing, using Government or Prime Contractor-provided cost templates.
- Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint software.
- Expertise in building complex cost models from the ground up.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
