Job Title: Trainer & ISO Auditor
Location: LaVergne, TN
Position Summary
The position trains new warehouse team members in all departments and works with the Senior Quality Manager to meet the ISO 9001 requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create a training program for all processes in all departments and have understanding to train and audit these processes.
- Complete associate New Hire Process when a new team member starts.
- Complete special Audits as leadership requests.
- Implement training program (schedule, setup, train).
- Develop and implement ISO audit process to ensure that team members are following procedures as trained.
- Develop a good understanding of the Hazmat processes so audits can be completed.
- Support and complete tasks using Power DMS.
- Attend all production meetings and be prepared to lead them as needed.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement – Ability to set up meetings and drive Continuous Improvement.
- Other duties as assigned – Support department needs if an area is behind.
- Possess good communication skills and a positive attitude to support leadership projects and associates' training needs – Be Approachable.
- All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health information.
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience completing warehouse processes.
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Sound judgment.
Physical Requirements
This position has the following physical requirements: repetitive lift up to 50 pounds, with a range from floor level to above shoulder height; walking and/or standing on concrete floors for a period of up to two hours; pushing and pulling rolling carts or pallet jacks bearing loads of up to 500 pounds; free range of motion including twisting, bending, stooping, and climbing on step ladders.
