Risk Analyst – Second Line of Defense - RCSA required
Location: Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN or Dallas, TX
Duration: 6+ months - Hybrid in office requirement, 3 days a week in office
Technical Skills required:
- RCSA evaluation/development experience is required - need compelling responses and detail of RCSA work in the interviews.
- We need more than RCSA experience from a data gathering level, but rather the 2nd line level review and challenge.
- Operational Risk and Compliance background is necessary, doing assessments to provide critical challenges is a must-have.
- This is a Second (2nd) Line of Defense specific role - must have 2nd line risk assessment experience.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
- Strong audit and compliance experience is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLookups).
- PowerPoint skills are necessary, as the team is tasked to build out presentations for Senior Executives.
- Experience in evaluating risk events, control effectiveness, and more.
