With more than 45 offices across the United States, we are looking to add a Revenue Cycle Manager. This is a senior management level, full-time position with office hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue cycle of a healthcare organization. The RCM Manager will work closely with other departments and teams, such as billing, coding, authorizations, patient registration, and collections, to ensure that all revenue-related processes are efficient and effective. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement, as well as experience in managing teams and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, patient registration, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to healthcare billing and reimbursement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
- Work with other departments and teams, such as billing and authorizations, to ensure that all revenue-related processes are integrated and functioning smoothly.
- Oversee our billing and authorization departments to ensure that they are performing their assigned duties effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate with payers and insurance companies to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
- Work with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the revenue cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement regulations and compliance.
- Excellent project management and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with healthcare billing and coding software.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Experience with data analysis and financial performance metrics.
