Position Summary:
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics and visualization tools; upcoming digital applications; technology innovation trends; and data governance. Responsibilities include identifying problems, leveraging data for root cause analysis, and improving data collection processes. Articulates influences on data quality, organizes information for analysis, and creates dashboards for stakeholders. Proposes automation and process improvements using technology. Documents business requirements for new solutions and implements technology changes across processes.

Business Acumen: Knowledge of business case development and problem-solving techniques. Responsibilities include providing recommendations to stakeholders, developing business cases, and translating business requirements into actionable projects.
Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory visits, integrating environmental considerations into process design, and assisting in policy development.
Operational Excellence: Knowledge of organizational processes and root cause analysis techniques. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions and clarifying departmental roles.
Asset Protection & Security: Knowledge of asset protection policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities include conducting investigations, managing security audits, and implementing access control procedures.
Partnership & Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques. Responsibilities include engaging with team members and analyzing stakeholder needs.
Influential Communication: Knowledge of communication styles and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include organizing thoughts, presenting information clearly, and influencing team members.
Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and emergency evacuation plans. Responsibilities include coordinating with emergency responders and enforcing compliance with safety standards.
Process Improvement: Knowledge of workflow mapping and continuous improvement principles. Responsibilities include defining critical workflows and coaching team members.
Asset Protection Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies. Responsibilities include delivering training content and addressing participant concerns.
Risk Management: Knowledge of risk management processes. Responsibilities include producing risk assessment reports and evaluating risk awareness among employees.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans, and demonstrating adaptability.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company mission and values.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years' experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field; AND 1 year experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety.
Option 2: 3 years' experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 or More Certifications such as Loss Prevention Certification (LPC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Associate Safety Professional, or related. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
