POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather, document, and refine requirements, ensuring that our product development aligns with user needs and business objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for property management software using techniques such as user stories, user flows, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Conduct research and leverage analytics to validate requirements and uncover additional opportunities.
- Create detailed documentation that drives development and testing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to provide solutions that address both business and user needs in the property management domain.
- Assist in the product launch process by creating key enablement artifacts such as one-pagers, demo videos, and training materials to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably in property management or related software.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- 10-20% travel may be required for customer events and/or strategic in-person meetings.
