We're looking to add a Fixed Cost Analyst to our growing team here in Charleston, SC.
Purpose: The Fixed Cost Analyst generates savings for our clients by finding and eliminating unneeded services. This position works as part of a review team processing and verifying all service agreements, vendor invoices, audit documentation, and general account analysis.
Your responsibilities include:
- Audit vendor invoices for compliance with existing contracts
- Recommend service optimization based on key performance indicators
- Create detailed and accurate reporting for clients and senior leadership
- Support negotiators by calculating the benefits of pricing proposals
- Review and edit service agreements to ensure required terms and rates are achieved
- Accurately maintain systems and records based on company policies and procedures
- Create validation reports to prove accomplished savings to clients
- Regularly contribute ideas for operational improvement
Requirements:
- Background, or advanced studies, in Accounting or Finance, required
- Experience in auditing or basic accounting
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems with limited oversight or assistance
- Has an investigative personality and enjoys solving problems
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high-quality work product
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods, occasional stooping and reaching; may require lifting up to 25 pounds; requires a standard range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations; position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Company offers competitive compensation based on an applicant’s experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Formal compensation offers will be based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience. For the position of Fixed Cost Analyst, the expected compensation is between $55,000-$60,000 on an annual basis, which would be prorated based on your start date with the Company. This is an FLSA-exempt position and not eligible for overtime pay. This position is bonus-eligible.
