Job Description:
The Portfolio Management – Financial Planning & Analysis team performs analyses and financial reporting ofPrivate Equityresults and strategic business initiatives.The core focus of the group is to perform financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting for Corporate Private Equity (“CPE”).
Responsibilities:
- Leading and continually enhancing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on revenue & earnings projections and associated sensitivities
- Execution and maintenance of fund models for financial and capital metrics reporting
- Driving the integration of technology into the forecasting process and liaising with other business unit FP&A teams and other CPE functions to ensure a coordinated approach
- Managing the preparation of presentations and memorandums for senior management including both quarterly reporting packages and ad hoc materials
- Supporting broader finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with clients and investors
- Leading the review and forecasting of operating expenses and coordinating with the CPE CAO and various expense teams to maximize accuracy and visibility for stakeholders
- Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses determined by the needs of senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a quantitative discipline (preferred) and a strong academic record
- 2+ years of experience in a financial planning and analysis position; private equity experience a plus
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Anaplan, Essbase and Tableau experience an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
- Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling and quantitative skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and strong attention to details
- Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity and a positive attitude
- Highly self-motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environment; proactive and takes initiative
- Ability to transform raw data into insight for the business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Expected annual base salary range:
$90,000 – $125,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
