Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Revenue Management team at our Indianapolis Location on a Hybrid Schedule.
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the system’s Net Revenue management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Assists in month-end close processing as well as the yearly budget and forecasting process using strong Microsoft Excel, SQL Server database, and Power BI skills. Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact-based decision making. Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst – Senior (Revenue Management) Role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
- Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; SQL Server and Power BI experience a plus.
