Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Senior Manager, FP&A. Position serves as a key business partner to the G&A and Corporate FP&A organizations offering key financial and strategic insights related to Operating Expense and overall P&L management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as financial advisor to all levels of the Finance and IT organizations, including CFO and VP business partners.
- Build collaborative working relationships with partners in overall G&A functions and with peers in the FP&A and broader Finance organizations.
- Support and coordinate monthly close process and monthly reporting package preparation.
- Support and coordinate annual budgeting processes, as well as quarterly forecast exercises.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of FP&A and Finance systems.
- Manage ad-hoc strategic financial projects.

Education and Experience
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
The base salary range for this role is $144,700 to $180,900. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.
