Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of Behavior Analyst experience required.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and interventions.
Experience in completing a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools to conduct functional assessments, and analyses when appropriate, and develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach proper behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Must have completed the 8-hour supervision training and have a minimum of 1+ years' experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBTs in training.
