Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Derivatives Confirmation Analyst
Title: Derivatives Confirmation Analyst
Job type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ Months
As a Derivatives Confirmation Analyst, you will:
- Draft and verify confirmations for commodity, credit, equity, rates, and foreign exchange derivatives.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of derivative trade confirmations by reconciling trade activity and identifying/resolving trade capture errors.
- Liaise with internal departments (legal, compliance) to develop or revise confirmation templates to meet regulatory requirements.
- Support U.S. securities or OTC derivative transactions while staying compliant with regulatory, tax-related, and asset class-specific guidelines.
- Seek process improvements to increase efficiency, enhance product knowledge, and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with the project team on system enhancements and assist with user acceptance testing.
An ideal candidate should have: - Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of derivative products, especially OTC derivatives.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with derivatives confirmation processing.
- Background in Capital Markets operations.
- Knowledge of OTC derivatives or ISDA agreements.
- Finance or banking experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: Between $30- $35 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
