Royal is looking to hire a self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team! This team member will evaluate financial results by analyzing trends, watching for variances, identifying trends and then recommend actions to leadership while making a positive impact to our Members!
Hourly Wage
$82,140 -$94,450 annual salary + annual bonus opportunity (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)
The pay range shown represents the Chippewa Valley (WI) pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
Description
Responsible for complex financial and data analysis, forecasting, all asset liability management modeling (ALM), and reporting of various financial information. Analyze financial results and metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvements across the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial expertise and analysis on projects and strategic decisions.
Work Schedule
This is a full time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed. Remote work is available after initial onboarding period – must be willing and able to travel to Eau Claire, WI for required onsite meetings and events. Candidates must live in either Wisconsin or Minnesota.
Training
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.

Required Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience working in Finance/Accounting, or three years of financial analyst experience.
- Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills
- Financial Institution experience in cost accounting or asset/liability.
- Previous financial analyst experience.
- Previous experience working in a financial institution.
