We are currently hiring for Microsoft 365 Business Analyst. In this role you will develop the analysis of Microsoft ERP processes in the relevant areas for all group companies, responding to business requests and collaborating with your supervisor.
Essential Duties
- Conducts feasibility analysis for projects within their area of expertise and collaborates with both their team and teams from affiliated companies, both in Italy and abroad, to prioritize results and negotiate objectives/functionality.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution meets the unique needs of Mapei.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 data structure, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Perform testing and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Participate in design and review sessions with development teams to ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution is designed to meet business requirements.
- Configure flows and workflows to automate business processes.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution.
- Provides analytical support to the BI Manager, assisting in data extraction from various company databases and their interpretation.
- Designs and delivers training to support users in all affiliated Italian and foreign companies, keeping internal documentation constantly updated in collaboration with relevant function representatives.
- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues in collaboration with the AMS team.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Minimum of eight years of similar experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the Internet, if required.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
