Senior Specialist, Finance MBA Rotation Program
Our Company is committed to developing future leaders through its Finance MBA Rotation Program. Through a two-year rotation, the program provides emerging talent with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and to build and enhance leadership skills required to succeed as future enterprise leaders. The program is primarily located at our NJ and PA locations, with potential for other domestic locations or international opportunities where mutually desirable. Additionally, senior management exposure, mentoring, networking and other learning and development experiences are incorporated throughout the program.

Roles within the MBA Rotation Program may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing capital structure, currency and other financial risks; analyzing business strategies and capital investments; or other roles across our Company's finance and global support functions, including procurement and global supplier management.
Upon completion of the two-year program, participants will apply for their post-rotation role where selection is based on performance, business need and mutual interest, where possible.

This is a full-time position starting in July 2025.

Eligibility to work in the US on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Employees working in roles that the Company determines require routine collaboration with external stakeholders, such as customer-facing commercial, or research-based roles, will be expected to comply not only with Company policy but also with policies established by such external stakeholders.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day.
The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Expected US salary range: $101,100.00 - $159,100.00.
Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
