Position Summary
This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis for the ADG Aerospace Business Unit. Performs month-end closing, forecasting and reporting. Analyzes P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital performance and trends for year-over-year and sequential quarterly performance. Analyzes variance to budget and forecast. Interprets operating results, as they affect the financial aspects of the business unit and makes specific recommendations related to profit and working capital improvements. Assist in annual budgeting process. Supports strategic planning process. Monitor A/R and A/P performance. Assist in communicating and monitoring compliance and reporting requirements.

Experience And Skill Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required.
- MBA or CPA is desired.
- 4+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Multiple plant exposure.
- Knowledge of GAAP is required.
- Proficiency with Hyperion is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High energy with ability to roll up sleeves and multi-task.
- Demonstrated cross functional team building.
- Ability to proactively build in process & culture.
- Demonstrated leadership and change agent.
