Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to work fully onsite at Sterling Heights, MI.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Track project deliverables, deadlines, and milestones and report on the status to the program team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contract documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Track and manage travel arrangements for team members.
- Oversee the program Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program.
- Data Entry.
- Constantly looks for ways to increase organization, improve efficiency, and solve problems while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns and determines appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and zero (0) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced level of skills and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive-level meetings, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Sound judgment and ability to manage through disagreements and conflict to achieve resolution.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and use of common sense to anticipate and resolve challenges or obstacles resourcefully with diplomacy, efficiency, and timeliness.
Clearance:
Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
