Title: Sr. Facets & EAM Analyst
Location: Remote till Dec 2024
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite after Dec 2024 - Durham, NC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and BA to understand the requirements and articulate test requirements into a test strategy and test plan considering factors like dependencies, risk, limitations, etc.
- Prepare test data and use JIRA as a project tracking tool/defect tracking/test case management tool.
- Execute test cases, create test reports and results with screenshots.
- Create Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Approach documents for all releases. Perform/Lead regression testing in the release environment for all agile release trains.
- Work in a complete Agile Environment with a 2-week release cycle.
- Participate in Daily Scrum, Requirement grooming, and Retrospective meetings.
Must have:
- FACET Knowledge
- EAM Knowledge
- Configuration Knowledge
- Knowledge of SDLC & STLC Process
- Experience in handling reports, requirement analysis, test strategy, test metrics, test case development, and test case walkthrough with clients on test results.
- Responsible for creating daily/weekly status, governance, and annual reports to stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon customized software solutions while recommending changes for optimum efficiency through technology innovations.
- Weekly connects with client's leadership and Cognizant Senior management to present testing progress and status.
Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
