We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for our client headquartered near Easton. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of the business strategic priorities, resources, and headcount needs; collaborate with them to execute and improve financial planning and budgeting
Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in operational performance
Identify trends, anticipate needs, and gather business requirements to support an evolving planning and management reporting function that meets the needs of the users
Build and adapt financial models to improve the accuracy of reporting and create accountability for underlying business drivers
Collaborate with sales, care, marketing, and product to ensure alignment on drivers and insights

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of finance experience
Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills – both written and oral – with all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen with the ability to think analytically and solve problems
