This is a hybrid role with excellent benefits and a talented leadership team!

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports, statements and bank reconciliations. Must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. This position will report directly to the Controller and will also work closely with both Finance leadership.

Responsibilities:

Month end close completion.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP.
Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
Ensure accuracy of banking activities.
Monitor customer accounts credit limits.
Daily review of sales orders.
Analyze and adjust inventory and receivables provisions and accruals such as Tax and Audit.
Reconcile Intercompany accounts.
Responsible for inventory transactions, invoices and cycle counts.
Preparation of monthly reporting packages for presentation to Executives.
Annual budget and budget reviews.

Requirements:

Strong with Excel, Macros preferred.
SAP a plus.
BA in Accounting.
3+ years’ experience.
CPA a plus.
