The Sr. Analyst Finance Co-Pilot is a crucial member of the Nestle Health Science Operations Finance Team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance Supply Chain. In this role, you will provide invaluable financial and analytical expertise to Distribution and Supply Chain leaders, as well as Operations Finance Co-Pilots. Your main responsibility will be to manage information structures that enhance insights and enable data-driven decision-making for Variable/Fixed Distribution expenses.
As a key partner to the Supply Chain Leadership team, you will serve as a finance co-pilot, actively measuring and driving operating performance to achieve our collective targets. Your contributions will play a vital role in optimizing financial outcomes and supporting the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Distribution and Supply Chain leaders to help manage over $0.4B in Distribution spend across the US network.
- Lead Variable / Fixed Distribution stream to deliver best in class service for actuals and forecast of Distribution cost to the business Co-Pilots for NHS US.
- Monitor and deliver strategic distribution network and integration projects.
- Establish successful business partner relationships with Distribution Supply Chain, Supply Chain Leads and Business Co-Pilots for Active & Medical Nutrition and VMHS Business Units.
- Co-Pilot for Variable / Fixed Distribution financial planning for the annual budget and monthly forecast updates.
- Provide financial oversight for Distribution costs analytics, developing reports and managing information that enables recommendations and review of actions for business opportunities.
- Work with the Supply chain team to understand the strategies and projects to deliver total delivered cost savings, ensuring appropriate levels of performance tracking are in place.
- Collaborate with Division Finance teams to ensure there is alignment on Distribution cost estimates/savings and P&L impact.
- Provide analytics and data gathering for various projects across the Distribution Network.
- NHSc US Distribution Savings Tracking in OSCAR Tool for Variable / Fixed distribution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or other related field.
- 3+ years of proven Financial or Accounting experience.
- Operations finance experience preferred.
- Experience driving cross functional projects.
Skills:
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong applied accounting and costing knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
The approximate pay range for this position is $94,000- $114,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
