Executes sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Leads sales planning, forecasting and reporting to support the annual sales planning process aligned to business objectives.
Manages a team of 60+ associates directly and indirectly to achieve annual revenue and profit goals through setting clear targets and expectations, monitoring of key performance indicators, and ongoing coaching.
Engages with team and executive leaders of our customers to ensure accountability and program growth.
Leads teams to achieve annual revenue and profit goals through setting clear targets and expectations, monitoring of key performance indicators, and ongoing coaching.
Understands key customer needs and develop robust sales management processes and team accountability metrics to ensure our national, strategic, and government Account Managers, national inside sales associates, and sales specialist are driving and closing opportunities consistently.
Grows relationships internally and externally (customers, team, peers, suppliers) to collaborate and accelerate growth with our largest national and local customers.
Meets with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and identify new businses opportunities. Analyzes sales and customer data to identify key opportunites for growth.
Partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach and the support needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Continuously reviews and refines the inside sales process to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Streamlines workflows and improve conversion rates.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and expertise across a wide varietys of products and channels (eCommerce, Tools, Safety, Rebates, value of procurement consolidation, etc).
Progressive experience in sales strategy and planning, financial planning and analysis, management consulting, or related experience within a similar customer base.
Experience leading successful partnerships within an organization, sales focus preferred.
