Job Number: R0205273F-35 Modeling and Simulation Program Analyst, Senior
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national defense? You understand your customer's environment and how to develop the right systems for their mission. Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution.
As a systems engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape F-35 aircraft capability and readiness by leading design reviews and implementation planning for training and simulation systems. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and Open Architecture implementation. Grow your skills by merging systems engineering and pilot training simulator design to create an LVC training environment that integrates multiple training device sites into legacy enclaves. You'll effectively work within the simulation environment and a program office in helping to achieve the client's initiatives of providing test and evaluation support for fifth generation fighter aircraft utilizing modeled and simulated ranges of current threats and emitters. Join our team and create the future of pilot training for the U.S. DoD and International Partners.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:

- Knowledge of core systems engineering principles, including spiral design, reuse, open systems, compatibility, configuration management, logistics and life cycle support, cost analysis, upward compatibility, verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A), and testing
- Ability to conduct Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, perform requirements analysis and decomposition, develop validation and verification requirements, and identify test resource allocation needs for training and simulation systems
- Ability to operate independent of regular oversight and guidance, including determining, presenting, and executing a plan of action based on general client objectives
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of pilot training simulator systems and their design and implementation
- Knowledge of pilot training programs
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, military and commercial system and program management standards, and joint service policies, directives, and instructions
