Job Description
The financial analyst supports the manufacturing plant on budgeting, cost analysis, financial statement and reports all forecast planning within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all plant financial reporting and analysis including product line P&L reporting to consistently ensure on time delivery (OTD) and first pass yield (FPY) for all business plans, current forecast and month end closing activities.
- Lead planning activities at the plant for Current Forecast on a cost center level.
- Prepare financial presentations and support financial reviews for the North America and Global organizations.
- Drive special projects and perform project calculations to support analysis/decision-making by leadership team.
- Support implementation of SAP system at the plant.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- B. S. degree in Finance, Accounting Systems or Accounting preferred
- 3+ years exp in semiconductors, electronics, automotive or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP knowledge
- Advanced user for automation tools ie: Alteryx, PowerBI
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Additional Information
- This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
- This position works Monday- Friday, overtime and on call when necessary.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $120,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
