Job Description:
Conduct research, analysis, development and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine for Cryptologic/SIGINT operations and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE/EW) at the national DOD Service and Command level. Analyze and inform the development of operational requirements and develop concepts of operations documents, system architectures and capabilities, and associated technical specifications.
Experience:
Supporting laboratory and field-testing of SIGINT/OIE/EW technologies and capabilities. Possess knowledge of FCC/C10F to include missions, functions, tasks, and operations of the Regional CTFs and functional CTGs. Understanding of Joint, National, and NSA telecommunication networking, cross-domain services, and emerging cloud technologies. Working knowledge of Fleet/National Cryptologic operations to include processes, procedures, hardware, software, and data flow for elements ashore and deployed on air/surface/subsurface platforms.
Preferred:
In-depth knowledge of current SIGINT/OIE/EW operations and the tenets of Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO) to include pertinent OPORDS, CONOPS, TTPs, training, certification, and manpower processes. Experience in research and drafting of various Navy doctrine (CONOPs, OPORD, and TTPs).
Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, communicates with program personnel, government and military, and contractor personnel.
Education: BS/BA degree such as Business Administration or relevant technical discipline such as engineering or other technical sciences. Allowable Substitutions: AS/AA degree an additional 4 (four) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS or an additional 8 (eight) years of experience may be substituted in place of the degree requirement with experience as described above.
This position does require a TS Clearance with SCI eligibility.
