Agility Partners is looking for a forward-thinking and collaborative Support Analyst to join a Fortune 500 organization. This Support Analyst will join the Digital Labs organization, contributing to the resolution of technical issues and the implementation of application updates for Front of House Technology Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects, contributing to the resolution of complex technical challenges.
In this role you will:
- Report requests received via phone or ticketing system for existing units
- Uphold standard database integrity for hosted Point of Sale and Mobile Solutions
- Perform requested updates to standard database content
- Edit and verify data imports and exports meet standard file specifications

The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst
- Experience with Point of Sale Solutions and Mobile Technologies
- Help desk and customer service experience
- Strong written and oral Communication and Interpersonal Skills
