As a Third-Party Risk Analyst Intern, you’ll work with the Third-Party Risk (TPR) Team, within the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Department. TPR works with internal business partners to ensure informed business decision-making with our vendors and third parties. TPR completes holistic assessments of Best Buy’s vendors (e.g., delivery companies, software providers, manufacturers, etc.) and reviews areas like business resiliency, information security, financial viability, ethics, and insurance risk. You will support the identifying of areas of risk or reputational harm that may arise through our relationships with third party partners, while educating these partners on Best Buy’s policies and expectations. In addition, you’ll participate in a summer series that includes our executive speaker events, Excel and PowerPoint workshops, and personal and professional development sessions.
This internship runs from June to August 2024. It’s a hybrid role, meaning you must be located within a drivable distance to our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota.
