This position performs a variety of professional-level accounting duties such as preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions, statements, records, and reports. This position will also aid in maintaining the accuracy of ledgers and financial systems as well as assisting in the preparation of budgets, settling intercompany transactions, billing clients, annual audit, and year-end closing.

Essential Job Functions
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Reconciles monthly bank statements and has responsibility for cash management
- Maintains investor confidence and protects operations by maintaining confidentiality
- Assists with year end reporting including, but not limited to annual filings, audits, and tax returns
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls and promoting ethical environment
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
Specific Education Or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or degree in business with relatable experience)
- CPA certification not required
