As part of our expansion, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable/Accounting Tech to play a key role in our accounting operations.
What You’ll Do:
In this onsite role, reporting to the Controller, you'll manage crucial functions within our accounts receivable and accounting departments, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer accounts and contacting clients to collect past-due balances.
- Posting customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Processing customer credit applications and handling billing discrepancies.
- Assisting with Fixed Assets Capital Expenditure Reporting.
- Supporting daily and monthly cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Helping with General Ledger journal entries.
- Flexibility to switch between Accounts Receivable and Payable processes based on departmental needs.
- Taking on additional ad hoc projects to assist the department.
What We’re Looking For:
- An Associate’s Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to tackle challenges.
