THE ROLE: The Finance Manager - Service Americas will be responsible for financial analysis and management necessary for the North American business. This role will act as the finance business partner to the Services branch network commercial leaders, ensuring alignment on financial targets and identification of risks and opportunities in achieving targets. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:- FP&A responsibilities including weekly flash, monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets.
- Lead the overall branch forecast and budget process through understanding of market trends, revenue, margins, expenses, projects, investments, headcount, etc. ensuring clear understanding of all variances and critical evaluation of input.
- Drive business and financial insights into the sales and branch operations team through data and analytics.
- Support month end analysis in preparation for Monthly Business Reviews.
- Support the development of business cases used to support investment requests for capital and operational spend.
- Assist with target setting and actual review for sales incentive plan.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CMA or MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Procurement, or relevant field, 2+ years accounting experience preferred.
- Power BI or Tableau experience preferred.
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications, databases, Oracle, and OneStream is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively partner and communicate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards.
- Strategic and long-term mindset.
- 20% Travel.
The estimated salary range at this professional level is $110,000 to $150,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
